We reserve the right to limit the number of units purchased by each user. Labor in Love Midwifery also reserves the right to limit sales of our products on a regional or jurisdictional basis.
Labor in Love Midwifery may cancel any order and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time in its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payments made for products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All new orders are considered separately and each is treated individually.

5. PACKAGES
By placing an order for a package, you offer to purchase the package for the price advertised and indicated on the website at the time of purchase. Please check the features of each package before making a package purchase. If you have any questions about the contents of the package please contact us through our contact information.
When a customer places an order, Labor in Love Midwifery will send that customer an email whose purpose is to confirm the purchase and payment of the package. This confirmation email will be produced automatically so that the user will have confirmation of the package purchase and electronic receipt of the package purchase.
Labor in Love Midwifery reserves the right to limit package sales on a regional or jurisdictional basis. Labor in Love Midwifery may change or discontinue package availability at any time at its sole discretion. If a package purchase is cancelled, any payment made for the package will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. CERTIFIED MIDWIFE ASSISTANT PROGRAM
Labor in Love Midwife Assistant Certification program is an extensive and hands on training program. In this program you will learn how to assist during parental, labor and during the postpartum period.
You will have hands on training and learning on how to take vitals, palpate a pregnant belly and listen to fetal heart tones from real pregnant people.
You will learn what do during a labor and birth as well as postpartum.
After your class you will be assigned to a midwife close to your area, where you will go to 15 prenatal visits, 5 births and 10 postpartum visits and will be supplied with a doppler, blood pressure cuff and pulse ox.
After all the requirements are meet you will receive your certification and could work with any midwife in the state.
The program will be available both in person and online. By purchasing the program, you are offering to purchase the program for the advertised price indicated on the website at the time of purchase of the program. Please check the description of the content and features of the program before making the purchase. Once the payment process is completed, the user will be enrolled in the program and will have access to all program content. Please note the start dates of each part of the program.
When a user purchases a program, Labor in Love Midwifery will send an email to confirm the program purchase. Labor in Love Midwifery may change or discontinue program availability at any time at its sole discretion. If a program is cancelled, any payment made for the program will be fully refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. PRICES
Labor in Love Midwifery reserves the right to determine the price of products, programs and packages. The price of the product and its different variants will be available on the page of each product. Product prices and shipping costs are subject to change at any time depending on the value of exchange rates.
Labor in Love Midwifery will make reasonable efforts to keep the price information published on the website up to date. We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information.
Will always try to make sure that the prices on the website is accurate. However, some errors in terms of price may occur from time to time, including but not limited to human error, mechanical error or the like. Should an error in pricing be discovered, the customer will be informed of such error. The option to reconfirm the order will be given to the user at the correct price. The user also has the option to cancel the order should the user not be satisfied with the correct price communicated on the said product order.

8. PAYMENTS
The program, products and packages will be paid through the following payment methods:
Credit/debit card (Visa, Master, Discover, Amex, Diners, etc.)
PayPal 
The customer must pay the price of the product stipulated in the order before the product is shipped to the customer's delivery address. In the case of the program, payment must be made before the program starts. In the case of packages, payment must be made before the services contained in the packages are provided. Payment will be charged to the customer's credit/debit card or PayPal account immediately upon completion of the payment process. Once the transaction has been processed, we will send an electronic receipt of the transaction to the customer's email address.
If you find any inconsistency in your billing, please contact us through our contact information or you can make the claim through the customer service of the corresponding payment 
platform.
If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. No payment will be charged to your card and no order will be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card issuing bank withdraws the authorization. This usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Your card may be declined for various reasons such as insufficient funds, AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch or you have entered an incorrect security code.
If your payment is declined, you must provide an alternative payment method or provide another card where payment can be charged and processed.
Your payment data will be treated and safeguarded with total security and with the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the program, products and packages. Labor in Love Midwifery reserves the right to contract any payment platform available in the market, which treats your data with the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the program, products and packages.

Labor in Love Midwifery may change or discontinue program availability at any time at its sole discretion. If a program is cancelled, any payment made for the program will be refunded in full. Labor in Love Midwifery reserves the right to determine the price of products, programs and packages. The price of the product and its different variants will be available on the page of each product. Product prices and shipping costs are subject to change at any time depending on the value of exchange rates.

Labor in Love Midwifery will make reasonable efforts to keep the price information published on the website up to date. We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information.

Will always try to make sure that the prices on the website is accurate. However, some errors in terms of price may occur from time to time, including but not limited to human error, mechanical error or the like. Should an error in pricing be discovered, the customer will be informed of such error. The option to reconfirm the order will be given to the user at the correct price. 8. PAYMENTS

The program, products and packages will be paid through the following payment methods:

The customer must pay the price of the product stipulated in the order before the product is shipped to the customer's delivery address. In the case of the program, payment must be made before the program starts. In the case of packages, payment must be made before the services contained in the packages are provided. Payment will be charged to the customer's credit/debit card or PayPal account immediately upon completion of the payment process. Once the transaction has been processed, we will send an electronic receipt of the transaction to the customer's email address.

If you find any inconsistency in your billing, please contact us through our contact information or you can make the claim through the customer service of the corresponding payment

If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. No payment will be charged to your card and no order will be processed. RETURN POLICY


Welcome to Labor in Love Midwifery! 

Labor in Love Midwifery is owned and operated by Labor in Love LLC.

This return policy applies to all products purchased through:

(Hereinafter referred to as “Labor in Love Midwifery”).

Our return policy forms part of, and should be read in conjunction with, our terms and conditions, our privacy policy and our shipping policy. We reserve the right to change this return policy at any time.

Returns are only made once the product has arrived at its destination and has been received by the purchaser, no returns are made on products that are in transit for delivery or have not yet been delivered.

By making a purchase through the website, you declare and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.



1. CERTIFIED MIDWIFE ASSISTANT PROGRAM

Please note that the purchase of our program is final and non-refundable. Once the payment process is completed, the user will be automatically enrolled in the program. Please note that once the program has been purchased, the user will not be able to request a refund. If you have any questions about the program and the payment process, please contact us through our contact information.



2. PRODUCTS

Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, which is why we do returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since delivery of the product, we are unable to offer a refund. 

Important: The following products are non-returnable:

Products on sale and purchased with promotional codes or based on a promotion or contest are non-refundable. 


3. CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Full name of the person who placed the order.

Items must be in its initial state (unmarked, unaltered and undamaged). 

All returns must be accompanied by your invoice as proof of purchase.

Any items you have accepted and then returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Therefore, please ensure that you send the item back to us using a delivery service that will insure the value of the goods. Please package the product securely.

Return and handling charges are non-refundable.

Labor in Love Midwifery reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not comply with our return policy may be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

Important: To request a return please send us your return request via our contact information and you will receive instructions on how to return the product. 

Please note that if you request a return, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item and the cost of shipping the new product. If you request a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We do our best to avoid any damage or defect in your products, however, if upon receiving the product, it is defective, damaged or is the wrong product and you need to exchange the product for another product of the same reference or need a refund, please contact us through our contact information. Only in these cases we will assume the shipping cost. 

The request must contain the following

Full name of the person who placed the order.

Order number.

Proof of damage or defect of the product (photo or video).


5. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions set out in this policy, the package will be returned to the buyer and the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. If your return has been accepted, you will receive a refund or, in the case of requesting an exchange for a new product, the new product will be sent to your delivery address. If a refund is requested, it will be made via the original method of payment and will be issued within 5 working days of your return being accepted. 

Important: If the buyer requests the return and refund of the product without any reason, the buyer must pay the return shipping cost of the product and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

If the product is damaged, defective or is the wrong product, the shipping costs of returning the product and sending a new product to the buyer will be borne by Labor in Love Midwifery. If the buyer requests a refund, he will receive a full refund including shipping costs.
